My story

I founded êtreprête to continue the work I've loved most across more than 40 years of executive leadership: helping people grow and thrive in their roles, and helping them prepare for what's next in their careers.

My path included four terms as a $1B+ P&L leader across organizations including Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Accenture, HMS Solutions, and NTT DATA — leading major segments of the business across the U.S. and Canada, and leading global functions such as business development and leadership development for a $6B+ business unit. Throughout, what I enjoyed most was building high-performing teams and supporting CEOs and other C-suite leaders as they transformed themselves and their organizations.

I've “retired” four times — and four times found myself pulled back in when a former client or colleague needed help. Eventually, I decided to do what I loved the most: developing people and teams to operate at the highest level.

An important element of this commitment is my role, via Vistage®, chairing CEO Peer Advisory Groups. Why Vistage®? I found their tools, resources, and methods most closely align with what I know works, and the organization aligns with my own sense of purpose. As a Vistage® Chair, I bring CEOs and business owners together in confidential, non-competing, transformational peer groups, and pair that work with one-on-one executive coaching. Together, they drive business growth alongside organizational, personal, and professional transformation.
